How do you change a windshield washer pump on a 2003 ford focus?

To me the best way to do this job is to unbolt the washer fluid reservoir and you can buy a universal pump that sells for about 15 to 20 bucks.

Really it%26#039;s only a matter of connecting up two wires and two hoses so it%26#039;s pretty simple if you follow the instructions that comes with the pump.Just keep in mind 1 hose goes into the pump and the other hose goes to the spray valve hose junction. One wire goes to the positive wire on the old pump the other negative wire goes to the negative wire on the pump.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way if you go to a do it yourself auto wreckers you can get the whole assembly for about 10 to 20 bucks tops that includes the hoses , reservoir etc. Merry Xmas|||remove filler neck

remove driver side inner fender splash shield (inner fender plastic shield)

if you have the 2.3 engine remove 2 air cleaner cover shield bolts from splash shield
