Its a long story but I will make it short. Our back van tires needed changing so we went to samsclub(a grocery store with an auto department) and we decided to get all four tires changed. This store only had 2 of the tires so we decided to get all four changed from another store. But then we decided that it was too late to go to the other store so we decided to get only the back 2 tires changed from the store we were in, the auto department was about to close within a half hour so that made the mechanics mad, then they got done after an hour, when I came to check if they were done, the guy just said %26quot;sign here!%26quot; in a very rude manner, then when we were going home we saw that the windshield fluid didnt work. The fluid is very important because they put salt on the roads here to melt the snow and it gets on your windshield and prevents you from seeing anything, which is why the fluid very important.then I saw that the pipe for the fluid had been cut and the fluid was leaking,

If they waffle at you, tell them you will keep calling back until you get an answer....

This is going to be hard to prove but the least you can do is wright a letter to the owner or manager of the place and explain how you were treated and what you found. The cut can be easily repaired with a coupling (and about one minute's worth of work) but explain your dissatisfaction with your whole experience.
dont let them get away with it. go to a manager of the entire store. they need to know they are responsible for their mistakes.
