what can i do to get them to work again. can i go under the hood myself and do something or is it something that i need to get looked at? i mean, i already have had the motor changed, i dont want to get robbed again by the body shop. PLEASE HELP!!!!! there is no noise or movement.

Check wiper links. They may have been damaged by ice/snow. Common problem. I work at Infiniti parts and we sell them often.
28841-59J00 AND 28842-50J00 are the part numbers. You may be able to get them thru Nissan.

You should be able to see the motor under the hood on the passengers side and with the key on and the wiper switch on as well just tap the motor assembly and see if it will start and if so then either the motor is bad or you have a wiring problem......good luck.
