it isn't hard to do. But like so many car repair, if you have never done it, you can screw it up easily.

during college years, on of my replacement windshield started to SAG downwards and started to leak. When I took it to a windshield repair shop, it turns out the gasket was upside down. That's all it took.

good Luck...

I don't know about a honda accord specifically, but typically it is pretty easy. First, you're going to need an extra pair of hands to handle the window. Basically, its just a matter of getting the old window and insulation/lining out, sticking the steal to the window frame and seating the new window down properly.

it isn't hard to do if you have the right tools. You will need a tool to loosen the glued gasket an remove it
Go to auto-zone buy the windshield there, and they might be able to help you. I don't take my car there for everything, but the people that work there are very helpful. Try to go when they are not too busy. And if you prefer asked them if they can help you install the windshield before you buy it. This way you know for sure. That's what I would do.
no .. without the right tools you can't cut the glass out nor can you put it back in.. window glass like windshields are glued in and have to be cut out and re-glue back in, you have to replace the weather seal in most cases the sun make them hard and brittle . the urethane glue is messy and hard to get off it you get it on you.. then there is the glass that has to be placed correctly or it will leak , or will not fit right . then there is always the case of you breaking it trying to get in in.. this is not a job for a everyday person ..
have a pro do it cuz if you don't get it to seal properly it can come off going down the road.
